These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sidekick website at sidekick.plus and any related services (the "Services") operated by Brainz LLC and its affiliate Brainz SAS ("Brainz", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or submitting the request-access form, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

Sidekick is an AI-services brand within BrainzLab. The website presents information about our AI teammates and lets you request access. Access to any product is provided under a separate written agreement; nothing on this site constitutes an offer or a binding commitment to provide services.

2. Requesting access

When you submit the request-access form you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to share it. We use it to evaluate and follow up on your request (see our Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, no automated scraping beyond what robots directives permit, and no unlawful use.

4. Intellectual property

The Sidekick and BrainzLab names, logos, copy, and design are owned by Brainz. You may not reproduce them without permission. Product names of other companies referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

5. No warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brainz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
