This policy explains what Brainz LLC and its affiliate Brainz SAS ("Brainz", "we") collect through the Sidekick website (sidekick.plus) and how we use it. We keep it short and act on the principle of collecting only what we need.

What we collect

• Request-access form. When you submit the form, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, work email, and company.
• Visit analytics. We record basic, aggregate visit data (pages viewed, referrer, UTM parameters, an anonymous visitor identifier) to understand traffic. This runs through our own analytics service; we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

How we use it

• To respond to your request and scope how we might work together.
• To understand and improve the site in aggregate.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and follow up on requests, under confidentiality obligations.

Retention

We keep request-access details for as long as needed to evaluate and follow up on your inquiry, and then only as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@brainz.llc. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
