We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the Sidekick website and the information you share with us.

In transit

All traffic to sidekick.plus is served over HTTPS with certificates issued by a trusted authority. Requests over plain HTTP are redirected to HTTPS.

Infrastructure

The site runs on managed cloud infrastructure within the BrainzLab platform. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel and protected by access controls.

Payment data

We do not collect or store payment card numbers on this site. The request-access form captures only the contact details you provide.

Data minimization

We collect only what we need to respond to your request and operate the site (see our Privacy Policy).

Responsible disclosure

If you believe you've found a security issue, please email security@brainz.llc with the details. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will work with you to resolve valid reports.
